1. First uninstall your installed Paytm app.
2. Now download the Paytm App from here - Paytm App
3. Install downloaded Paytm app.
4. Loin to Paytm account.
5. Done that's it.
6. Now just transfer or send your Paytm wallet cash in your other account from Paytm app without any OTP or verification.
